Ondrej Tichy is truly the best in the industry when it comes to carpentry and cutomized home improvement projects. I initially had him work on framing a wall decor in the dining room and a custom wave wall in the master bedroom. His work is absolutely impeccable. His uncompromising attention to detail and high quality workmanship stand out above anyone I have ever hired to work on my house. I have also had him do wainscoting in the bathroom, crown moulding the family room and kitchen, and now in the process of painting the entire house. He just finished completely renovating my 3 bd, 2 bth rental property. My management company was able to find a tenant shortly afterwards, because of how impressive it looked. Ondrej is passionate about what he does, and it shows in the final results. It is refreshing to know that in an industry where some carpenters and contractors rush through projects, Ondrej takes his time and has pride in what he does. When it comes to quality, reasonable quotes and professionalism, no one comes close to what Ondrej can deliver. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
Ondrej is the real deal! I picked him for a smallish project based on the review and he didn't disappoint. The pricing was reasonable and that made the value excellent. I had him build a slat wall floor to ceiling encasement for a LED fireplace and a TV to replace an old outdated one. He was punctual and was able to build something beyond my expectations. He listened to me and helped me make some key decisions. He was trustworthy and a craftsman. I will definitely hire OT preferentially for my next project!
We had a fantastic built in bookcase experience with Ondrej. His scheduling, communication, timeliness and care for our home was impressive. His pricing was fair and there were no surprises along the way.
I would consider him a perfectionist from observing his attention to detail and his accuracy with every step of the process. He is a true professional craftsman. We made a few changes and additions along the way and he dealt those easily and was so friendly and easy to collaborate with. Dealing with the associated electrical challenges and audio visual was easy for Ondrej. The precautions he took to protect our home and furniture cleanliness was first class as well.

Ondrej did our house right after we purchased a new home. His price was reasonable, yet his craftsmanship was amazing. We were in a tight timeline but he worked long hours to complete his work. I would definitely reach out to him when we do other upgrades in the house.

Our journey began in finish carpentry and woodworking. That background still shows in every project: tight joints, clean lines and the small details most builders overlook. For the last 2 years we have worked as a licensed General Contractor, taking projects from the first drawing to the final key.
